Congress readies for summer break but deadlines loom
In an effort to break the gridlock, President Obama has offered to cut corporate tax rates if Congress will make job investments. Since lawmakers are heading home this week for their summer break, many key deadlines, including the president's deal, have just a short time to be settled. Nancy Cordes reports.
