F&W Media is looking for an energetic UK Sales Operations Executive to?provide administrative support to the FWI publishing account customer base and provide sales support to designated house accounts with the goal of meeting the annual budgeted objectives for this group of customers.
?Principle Accountabilities:
- To provide administrative and reporting support to the Head of UK Sales.
- Analyse and benchmark sales activity per key account and prepare historical performance data.
- Research and prospect new business initiatives.
- Visit and maintain regular contact with designated House accounts.
- Lead on the creation of digital presentations, maintain records and reporting systems including contributing to the RFR by reporting on sales and returns.
- Support the New Business & Craft Sales Manager and UK Sales Executive to manage all operational aspects of House / New Business / UK Retail Accounts.
- Liaise with GBS on all operational functions (reserve stock, gratis copies etc.) and be responsible for the approval and timely management of the returns process for all Sales Manager?s accounts and designated House accounts.
- Provide operational support to the Craft / Special account customer base and general administrative support for the UK Sales Department.
The successful candidate will have good IT skills including confident use of Microsoft software and will need to have at least 12 months experience in a Sales Environment.
